What is the Brunswick Labs Certification Program? It is an extended nutritional-testing validation system that allows consumers to learn from an independent and reputable source about supporting evidence behind product marketing such as antioxidant capacity (ORAC 6.0, CAA) through a certification seal on the product packaging and a web page containing test data.
Why use the Brunswick Labs Certification Program Seal? Credibility through scientific transparency.
What criteria are used? In order for a product to achieve a certification type it must be acquired by Brunswick Labs the same way consumers do, tested at least twice a year, and the manufacturer must represent results accurately and responsibly to the public. Minimum testing is important because it is the best way to guarantee reliable data.
How much does certification cost? It is the sum of the annual certification license for each certified product, yearly testing costs, and the cost of the products to be purchased. Discounts may be applicable for large a number of tests.
Does the certification need to be renewed? Each certification expires after twelve months. To renew a product certification, the process described above must be repeated in its entirety.
